How I Cut Over 2 Minutes Off My 5K Time Overnight
I stopped using the time interval coaching.
For the first time I just started running and took VERY short waling breaks when I REALLY had to.
Yesterdays 5K time: 40:06
Todays 5K time: 37:25
Thats a 2:41 faster 5K time. Still not where I’d like to see it but, a HUGE improvement overnight! It was the same route, total of 7.48km, yesterdays time 1:02:03, todays 58:34. I’m feeling really good where I’m at right now. Think I’ll take tomorrow off, but I said that yesterday.
