Back to “Running”
I don’t know if it was the olympics, or all the other cool kids blogging about their weight/fitness but I finally, after at least a few months of skipping it, got back to running.
I use the term running loosely as I still do a lit of walking. I had been stuck on week 5 of the couch to 5k program for weeks before I slacked off. I reset myself to week three, mostly because I delete up until there from RunKeeper.
I did a piss poor job of it this morning. It was my first time out since any real signs of winter. I was able to make it through almost the entire run portions of week three. The 3 min interval was a bit tough but I only missed about the last 30 sec. I did cut the program off early, I’ll probably be down on myself for that later but I’ll try harder Friday morning.
